Partnership structure

The Partnership does its work through a series of groups and has one full-time officer to manage its day to day work.

At the top of the structure is the group of Lead Members for housing (elected councillors) in each borough, known as the Partnership Board. Below that sits the Partnership Meeting the senior officers group. Together, these two groups set the strategy and direct the overall work of the Housing Partnership.

The day to day work is carried out by a series of small sub-groups, covering the different aspects of our work.
